What
is the FC&PA Concrete Parking Lot Program?
|
FC&PA's
Concrete Parking Lot Partnering Program encourages
concrete installers and producers to work together
to ensure long-term performing concrete pavements.
Potential partners (contractors) send key employees
to training workshops, such as the NRMCA Pervious
Concrete Contractor and the ACI Flatwork Finisher/
Technician Certification programs, to learn proper
construction techniques of pervious and conventional
concrete placement, respectively. Upon completion
of program requirements and passing the necessary
written exam, installers and their company will be
considered as partners of the ready-mixed industry.
For NRMCA Certified Pervious Concrete Contractors
list, a contractor must have a minimum of 1 certified
Craftsman or 2 certified Technicians. For ACI Certified
Flatwork Finishers list, a contractor must have at
least 2 certified finishers.
